Snakes on a Rampage

The Fire Snakes made an appearance at Wednesday's Fishbon Event Lab. In their new form, the four motor-driven flex snakes, blew both fire and smoke. And, when synced to music Jeffrey brought for the occasion and colored lights, they looked like DJ Beelzebub's bar-b-que night in Hell's Mouth. The room filled up with heat, smoke (safe disco smoke, of course) and madness. Later that night Alan's tensile structure got erected in the middle of the street--discouraging at least one motorist from venturing into the area. Finally, a new controller for the Surround Sound booth was tested and found to be mesmerizing in the extreme.

Survival Research Labs Field Trip

In a last minute secret mission, Fishbon Event Lab agents appeared at the Survival Research Labs show on the fringe of downtown Los Angeles Saturday night. The show was spectacular with twisted robots, fire and smoke belching radical fork lifts, two jet fire machines, a two by four pitching apparatus and hundreds of art geeks in attendance. After the victims (including a set of four fake mountain goats, a trojan horse and assorted robot agressors) fell, the scene resembled a post appocalypse high-tech landfill with smoking remains and strange toxic liquids.
